If you could have more villagers, would you?

i definitely want room for more villagers. 16 would be ideal because it doesn't become overcrowded and you can still have a close bond with everyone, and it's enough if you want two of every personality type.

16 villagers would also match the void cycle...I think 16 seems to be a popular choice!

Honestly, no. I can't keep up with 10 sometimes! ;v; I understand wanting to have ALL of your fav villagers but 15-20 sounds overwhelming. Unless of course the map was greatly expanded!

A few more would be nice, but I wouldn't want more than 15-16. It would also be really nice if villagers could only come by invitation past 10 so that you could have more of a small town or big city vibe if you wanted to.

With a larger map, more personalities and more variety in dialog more villagers would be awesome! 10 just aren't enough, but more than 16 would be too many to keep track of.

Definitely! I find it way too hard to select the villagers I want in my town! Plus, there's Always the struggle between wanting all the villager personalities represented in my town, but at the same time only wanting my absolute favorites (who are mostly cranky). With the current limitation of only 10 villagers, I don't think it's possible for me to ever be completely satisfied. Even just two extra villagers would make my decision making that much easier...

I would only want more villagers if the towns were bigger. As the town size stands I think 10 villagers are fine. If there were anymore I feel like it would be too cramped with all the flowers, paths, and pwps. Especially if they moved in crappy places having anymore villagers would make the towns feel more like a small city, and I personally prefer the towny feel of animal crossing.

Let's add this: if they made it 15 villagers, what extra 5 would you want? I'd want Chevre and Lucy...and Jacques again. Unsure of the other 2.

I would not have more villagers because I would not have enough space for all of the public works projects that I want. It would be cool to have more than ten villagers to talk to though.

The more the better! But in that case, they should really make the villagers more individual. If you have like 5 Uchis who constantly say the same things all over again it would get really tiring

I could handle more villagers IF the towns were bigger. I barely have room in my town for 10 with all my landscaping and PWPs. I just don't find the towns big enough to handle any more houses.

Yes! Even 12 villagers would be better for me. Although I do like the idea of having like 20 and it being a massive town.
I can't get all the personalities either, currently missing a peppy and I haven't got much motivation to get one when (or if) I decide to swap out one or 2 of my current dream villagers I would like to experience Fang, Marshal, Diana, etc.
Definitely need more.
Also agree with more personalities to. Would stop the repetitiveness that sometimes comes into the conversations

I would be completely down for it.
Though I would be worried about move-outs more since there'd be more to handle. I think I'd be okay with 12-13, but I don't think I personally could handle 16 hahaha. Maybe if I had more time I wouldn't mind 16.

I would like to have more but I also think more than 12 might get a little hard to keep up with. I solved my "too many dreamies" issue by getting more towns lol
