If you could add one cosmetic feature, what would it be?

I know these can all be done using custom design and applying them as face paint but I still want preset eyebrows, moles, dimples, freckles, scars, and facial hair without relying on accessories.

Like others, I want accessories too, such as wristwatches or scarves.

Agree with "more of everything" regarding appearance modifiers, but specifically I want: Getting to choose bangs and back of hair separately for at least some hairstyles, more curly hair, longer hair, eyeshadow (I love the purple droopy eyes but would love the choice of that on other eye shapes), and my biggest one...... more neutral/small frown mouth shapes!! I love the little :< inquisitive frown in one of the closet poses SO much, and wish I could always walk around with it. Most people have a neutral mouth position that isn't a smile, but in particular I'm autistic and my neutral position also carries over in conversations and a lot of people say they thought I hated them at first ^^' but I don't mind it- just wish there was an option for it in game since the expression is there and already super cute!

I’d like to see a height adjustment feature. Sometimes I wanna be shorter than my villagers (I’m short irl) and longggg hairstyles!!! Would love to see a half ponytail

Not sure if this counts as cosmetic but I really with the pattern design tool let you pick a body shape for shirts and dresses, and then a sleeve length individual of that choice. It's annoying that some, like the round sweater, have to be sleeveless, when there are actual sweaters in the game with that shape that also have sleeves.

I mostly just want to have my light brown hair color back. More long and curly styles would be great too! I just want my character to actually look like me. More hairstyles, hair colors, and eye colors in general would be great.

I'd like some more mouth options, and some more longer hair options but I guess that's limited because of how your character interacts with things. Would also be cool if we had more furniture! After revisiting NL recently I've come to the disappointing conclusion NH is severely lacking in furniture! I really miss the regal set, and all the food items. Honesty the furniture options in NH feel kinda barren. hopefully they add more in a later update.

I’d also like some natural looking eyebrow options to chose from. I always thought it was weird that our characters dont have eyebrows but I refuse to draw them on myself lol. Earnings and watches would be nice as an accessory!

Also not character cosmetics but speaking of accessories... I really wish they’d let us display bags as a small item instead of it hanging on a mannequin. I wanna toss my bags around in my house and be messy. Same with the wands. It would be super cute if we could actually display them as they are instead of the wand tool icon.
