Does it block them on the regional version, too?
I usually play international Club Tortimer, but sometimes (very rarely) I play the North America region one as well. I had to deal with a very rude and annoying girl from Texas earlier today, so I made it so I couldn't be matched up with her again. Does this ban only apply to the international Club Tortimer or should it apply to the North American islands as well?
