if there was a new villager personality type introduced in a future installment, what would you want it to be?

i'm curious! i remember when NH was announced and being talked about, a lot of people were wanting a new personality type. what sort of personality do you want to see?

personally, i think it's difficult to come up with new personality types since the current ones are so broad. (i.e. "nerdy" would just fall under normal. "playful" would just fall under lazy.) that being said, one i've always liked the idea of is what i call the "aloof" personality. villagers who are initially cool, distant and mysterious but gradually open up and reveal more about themselves if you keep talking to them and helping them out. it's similar to cranky and snooty, yes, but different enough since they're, y'know, not cranky or snooty.

another one that could be fun is "tsundere". villagers who like you but act like they don't, and when they eventually give you their picture, follow it up with, "this doesn't mean i like you or anything!" asdfghjkl.

I personally want to see a little brother personality. They would basically ping you a lot more and constantly get into trouble but try their best at the same time

i think it'd be funny to see a scary personality! like a villager that's always saying eerie and ominous things... maybe they are a bit mischievous... you're never sure what they're planning or if they're just messing with you O_O

I would very much like that too! I like quite a few tsundere characters .

Other personality types I’d like are maybe shy, artistic, nerd (like video game need/anime). There may be others, but that’s all that I can think of atm. Would love it if they weren’t gender exclusive too.

I would like a normal villager but male version. I guess their personality would be shy and nice. I personally gets very annoyed with tsunderes but maybe having them in AC would be funny and maybe they can modify the tsunderes to be a bit nicer lol xD Its very difficult to make a new personality on AC because they like have all of them! XD
