For me, it would be T&T mall...

You would have too spend 200,000 too unlock it, plus have every single store.

It would be a giant (Like, the entire main street minus the museum). All the stores would be inside, including non-main-street ones (Brewsters, Re-Tail) Club LOL would not be connected, along with the Museum.

I would support a Nook Mall. The Main Street is sort of a strip mall already, so why not make it official

I like the mall idea too, hmm the upgrade can consist of a whole section for letter stationery, food shop that contains throughout the year foodie items and maybe rare past downloadable items/furniture, yeah so much ideas xD

Yeah I would like that instead of having separate stores it will be just one mini mall sorta thing.

Leif would at least get his own room again that's for sure. And it would be cool to integrate the other stores into like a "mall." A tool store, cafe, plant store, furniture store, clothing store, accessory store, salon. It would be even cooler if the items were split up into groups, like a toy store, a market for food items like Niemyx said, and like an electronics store maybe?
