If I tt on ds time with a new save file, will it tell me if someone's in boxes?

wait, do you want to know if someone is actually packed up and ready to leave? If someone is packed, Isabelle will always tell you that they're moving, isn't it sad, and that you should go say goodbye.

Isabelle doesn't open for you with a new save file. It opens on the train instead. So I guess I do have to run around looking.

Also Isabelle will not tell you someone is moving out if you quit without saving, if someone new has moved in (for some reason this takes priority) or if there is a holiday or event going on like the fishing tourney.

Ah, I didn't realize you meant you were using a new save file, I thought you were just tting with the ds clock for some reason. I'm not even sure they would be packed up since the new save file doesn't get everything (if you have a camper, or visitor, they aren't there for the new save file).
