If I made a Mother 3 themed town next, what villagers should be in it?

As of today, I think I'm basically done with my main town - I can't think of how else to improve it. I started imagining what else I'd like to make on another cartridge and my mind went to recreating Tazmily. I have the houses, PWPs and even flower arrangements in my head right now - but I have no idea who the villagers would be other than Cobb, Tad, one of the dogs, one of the monkeys, and at least one other pig and frog*. Suggestions can be based on either NPCs and enemies.

*I'd like Ruby as a reference to the magypsy in the mountains, but the reference may be too remote if there are better options.

Also, Mayor Lucas as he's the main character or Mayor Porky for dark humor? They'd have houses either way.

lol I made a Nintendo themed town and I have a special part for Mother 3 in it. I think maybe someone like Ribbot could work well because of all the experiments the pigmask army did.

I considered but there's already so many jocks I want (I decided on Flip as the monkey).
