Ideas for this empty space?

I have an area of town that I don't know how to develop, right of the plaza.

I was leaning towards the lighthouse, but I might put that to the south of town by the docks, since... that'd make more logical sense.

It's a more modern area of town, so nothing woodsy/overly natural-feeling.
I don't want to do a park, since I have one already. I'm using the tower pwp elsewhere, so that's also out.

Any ideas? sorry for not cropping, I'm on my ipad.

You could fill it in with white or black roses or maybe a black and white pattern and some modern street lights and some blue hydrangea bushes

What did you use to make that map?

Maybe make an alt character and use their house for some kind of beach shack/souvenir area. Then it leads directly down to the beach.

I'm very limited on PWP space, so I don't want to have a bunch of small ones there. Another small plaza area sounds nice but I'm not sure how I'd set it up.

Sorry, I should've mentioned that all my alts are made! That's a really good idea though, if I hadn't already decided on what my alts were I'd do that. I might even change things around, so I'll keep this in mind. Thank you!
