Idea for a free PWP

I was adding a third character to my town.

My husband commented about the tent being "cool" looking and he asked if it was one of those PWPs.


The light bulb went off. I will keep the tent. I added the PWP camping cot right next to it. Inside the tent I put the backpack, the lantern,cabin chair ,outdoor chair and the tea table. The lantern sits on the tea table.

Just thought I would post this to give someone else an idea about the character tent.

Sounds really nice but I dont keep the tents.. I don't like how you can't add wall paper and carpets.

I remember reading elsewhere (not on TBT) about someone putting it right next to the campsite so it looked like a larger camping area.

I might have to do something like that if I decide I want a mule. And have a fire pit, a log bench and a couple special stumps.

It is a very good idea. Originally I wanted to have a tent next to the campsite to create a camping area. Sadly the town simply doesn't have enough space to work with and I need a free character slot to reset villager plots.

I've been to a lot of dream towns that do this for their drifter/wandering warrior/camper character, it's super cool and much more creative than having 4 mansions.

That is actually a really cool idea! I would love to see a finished one that somebody has. I've been working on mine, but I never thought about having another character tent there too.

This is a really cute idea! I need to build a pwp soon where I usually keep my bonus character's tent. setting up a campground would be a great way to deal with it. Not sure I can pull it off in the space I have but I'm going to try!

This is a great idea. I don't like where I placed my campsite anymore, I really wish I could move it, but I'm going to have to live with it. I think doing the new character tent might make it look a bit better. Thanks for the suggestion c:

My brother made a player in my town and he kept his house as a tent because he liked it that way. (And he never goes on anyway.) He had the idea of putting my campsite near his house...but he built his house too close to town hall and the river, so I couldn't put the campsite near it. It would've looked great if I could've done that though.

Good idea! Naming the characters name "Tent or Campsite" would be cool aswell
