All villagers can get sick of talking, I think. Even Lazies, I keep spamming mine (too cute, what can I say) and at one point they'll start asking you to calm down and will later say they need to think.
I don't think the villagers are actually sick of you until they get the little thought bubble. Those sound more like sentences put in there to make the character's personality type seem more realistic (I've had Uchis and Crankies be hostile like that even on the first time of talking to them), because if you pick the option to talk to them they'll just have a normal conversation.
It's not true that if you annoy a villager until they have a thought bubble and even after that they'll move out. I've annoyed villagers this way for the hilarity and when I was starting out, out of not knowing what that meant (I thought it was some special interaction) and none of those requested to move away any more than otherwise.
