I was going to clean up....

.....but now I'm watching cartoons and playing animal crossing. And I'll clean my apartment before the end of the night, but for now, I'm just going to continue what I'm doing.


Anyone else have this problem sometimes? You just wanna sit down, relax, and play ACNL because that's just how life goes?

I got the game release day and spent hours on end every day playing it for months. Then I kind of got out of it for a few months. Now I'm back into it. It's amazing how addicting and relaxing it is.

Agreed, we need to stick together. I have a twenty something friend who outdoes me with playing, she never seems to logs off . We are in different time zones (I'm in Europe she's in Japan) and I see her when I play during the day, her night. When insomnia plagues me (like tonight) I sometimes play early hours of the morning and I see her online, her daytime. She has had the game since it's release I believe and has a few copies, I applaud her dedication.

I can't believe I still haven't gotten the 500 hour badge for my mayor. I have three alts so I suppose that's the cause. My brother got the game upon release as well but he had already tired of it within three months or so, which was a shame because it was fun having someone to discuss it with.

I also boot up my game if I'm unable to sleep. I go to my island and fill the box with insects so I can sell them in the morning.

So, can I ask a random question? What do you guys do at night? I have troubles finding out what to do after the shops close, and I don't time travel too much. I don't do much but talk to the villagers at night.

I am not in my twenties however I am extremely guilty of not doing homework or not cleaning my room just so I can play Animal Crossing. ^^; very bad considering I'm in all AP classes. Doing so angers my mom quite a bit but I have more important things to do like beetle farm

I talk to villagers who are still up. I sometimes go to the island to earn medals, fill my island box with bugs and sharks, or look for particular items on ct. Sometimes I check out dream towns too. Other times I just wander aimlessly around my town while accomplishing absolutely nothing. It's certainly true that there's less to do at night but I manage to find ways to occupy my time if the urge to play strikes.

I visit dream towns, chat to friends who are awake or go to the island and do a few tours.

Same , I wish the shops were open though, or at least Able's. I love designing pro clothing and it would be cool to make things at night.

Very sorry to hear that Pennifer, I understand what it's like to go through something like that.

I've found video games a good destruction in rough times, AC being one of the best because it's so easy going.
