This restriction is now removed (currently being limited to 12). One will die only if it surrounds a player's house (villagers' don't really matter).

What do you mean "this restriction is now removed"? We can more than 12 bushes and trees in a line now? I don't know what else you could mean besides you meant that you want it removed.
