I want a Perfect Town

If you can help me make my town Rome perfect, I'll be so grateful that I'll even let the person that answers this and helps me have the rare Perfect Town only Golden Watering Can.

So, since you have to have a Perfect Town to get the Golden Watering Can, and you don't have one of them tools yet, I'm willing to give you mine when I get it as soon as it's a perfect town?

You really shouldn't just hire anybody, and if you do, make sure they're prepared to do some rigorous work-load. Making a perfect town takes hours and hours and even some Time Travelling unless you're willing to wait a lot of days for your Trees to successfully grow.

I've only finished 15 acres and still have a lot to do.
