I was trying to come up with something cool and fun to do...
Like invite 3 people to my town, have them all put in 100k bells, and then add my own 400k (so all together it would be 700k) Hide them while you guys would wait at the train station...tell you when to start....you guys start running around tying to find it...finder wins all the bells so you put in 100k and leave with 700k...idk just an idea

That is an interesting idea. You could also have that amount pre-buried when people come along with a bunch of random things (such as pitfall seeds, because you can get them easily on the island), and collect their payment without the risk of someone following you and messing it up. Then people dig until the money is found.

The best game to get the pitfall seeds from is the elite balloon hunt. You can get 16 per game, and bring 40 home from the island at once, so in three games, you have a box full.
