I timetravelled and now I regret it. Should I restart? I don't have a mass amount of weeds or anything, but I really just regret it and I feel like I broke my game. ):

How far forward did you TT, and did you just do it? If it's like...a day, then no, don't restart. If you're super far ahead, if you TT backwards to today, it will only count as one day.

I'm someone that doesn't like to TT but I have also done it. Just to get a villager to boxes, but I do take advantage of it and get fertilizer and more hybrids. Honestly, I'd leave your town if you like the layout and villagers and just use it as a learning tool and don't do it again if you don't like to TT. Resetting is a lot of work IMO. But if you want a different map and haven't gone to far in the game, you could use it as an excuse to start over.

This.

I'm hate to TT but I did once because I have no choice. I needed a villager in boxes urgently. I don't regret it though :)

I went forward a day but I feel horrible. I feel like I ruined the game, idk.

You'll be fine. :3

Just rewind it back. As long as you didn't spoil anything for yourself as far as holidays and whatnot, it'll be as if you never did it.

I already reset and I'm glad. I liked my layout, but only because I got used to it and made it convienent. And I didn't have any of my dreamies yet. Hopefully my fruit will be apples, though! :D

I don't think a day would warrant an entire town reset, but to each their own. I personally love the cherry blossoms in April, so I've been going through April for weeks now xD

About cherry blossoms; do the regular non-fruit bearing trees turn into cherry blossoms?

I don't think you should restart your whole game just because you TT'ed once. All that progress gone because of one day of TT? TT doesn't break the game. If you have an issue with it, maybe keep your file but just never TT again.

Aaaaaand you just got Ankha and reset.......... what.........

I'm sorry, but TT-ing ONE day and resetting because you felt like you broke the game is pretty ridiculous. It's only ONE day, it's not like you went from August Fireworks to Toyday in December.

THIS (I don't know how to make an upward arrow...)

Guilt over a day? Or a time or two? That's cool, but I'll bet you've done stuff MUCH worse in RL, like stealing a cookie from the cookie jar or something. But you're sweet to care that much! (hug) I hope you love your new town. :)

i still haz never TT before! :lemon:

Good for you. :)

I have such odd hours that if I didn't reset the clock almost each time by a few hours I would never, ever, be able to shop or sell. I'm actually kind of jealous of you.

thx, i know i'm lucky, and you make a good point! i think the game developers made a big mistake (one of many) by assuming that everyone operates under "regular" hours.

this is not the first time that i've read where TT is actually more of a necessity rather than materialistically.

shame on you Nintendo! >_<

Woah, lol. I didn't think TTing was that serious o:
*is guilty of TTing every once in awhile*

It can actually be a pain in the rear because some days I can do "real" time, so when I need to adjust by a couple of hours I usually forget to ask Isabelle (darn my fast clicking the first response so much) and then I have to save, get back out, go back in, and THEN set the time I need.

I need to learn how to control my thumb. Well, for Isabelle AND for shark-fishing... *as another one gets away from me!*
