I think my Savannah kept Merengue's house exterior?

I amiibo'd out Merengue for Savannah, and did some time travelling backwards in the process.. Punchy was in the process of moving in as well. I'm pretty sure that Savannah kept Merengue's house, well at least the exterior. The interior is different and matches Savannah. Is Savannah supposed to have a white house with a red tile roof and a beige door with a round window cut out? Can anyone please confirm for me?

I've heard apparently this is a thing that happens if you time travel while an amiibo is kicking out a villager. It's happened twice to me and both times ive time travelled, whilst apparently those who haven't timetravelled have gotten the normal exteriors

There's a glitch going on right now where kicked out villagers (via amiibo) keep the exterior for the next one that comes in.

Not sure if it has to do with time traveling, but I don't time travel and the only kicked out villager I've had didn't carry the exterior over... But it may just be a random occurrence and I was just lucky.

Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Pretty sure this has to do with TTing backwards specifically, I noticed my Portia’s house was messed up—she kept Raymond’s exterior—after TTing backwards while she was in boxes to move in. Looked into it a bit and saw people saying that might be causing it, moved in another amiibo villager, forgot about the glitch, TTed backward... and their house was glitched in the same way Only way to fix it was to amiibo Portia out with Jeremiah, then amiibo Jeremiah out with Portia, and make sure to TT forward only, no going backward, while Portia was boxed to move in. And then do the same with the other glitched villager.

This glitch is directly related to time traveling forwards and backwards when moving in and out villagers.
