I think it's about time I put down ACNL for the night

Honestly, I've been playing 4 days straight with all 4 days having about 8-10 hours each. And in the middle of all the trading I was doing today, I picked up Iggly from someone's void without knowing it, TT'd and had him plot right on top of my hybrids. Iggly is also my 10th villager. I was saving that spot for Kidd the goat. =_=

So this had me thinking, what's the longest straight amount of time you've spent playing? And also unwanted villager plotting stories?

When I first got the game I played so much that I actually messed up my neck. Couldn't move it for a week and had to go on really strong painkillers. I think I used to play liked 12+ hours a day LOL

Holy moley. I'm a fidgety person by nature, so I have to be constantly moving even while playing. Hope your neck recovered though! o_o

Way too long... played it one time for about 15 hours, slept for 6 hours, woke up and immediately opened up ACNL for another 4 hours. I had such a headache after.

The longest I've played New Leaf would probably be about 4 hours straight, however I don't play handheld games too long. My hands get all sweaty and uncomfortable. The other 8 hours I'm on a console, lol.
I will say that the longer I play New Leaf, the sleepier I become. The game is so damn relaxing.

As for the villagers I KEEP PICKING UP, they continue to place their houses literally directly on my paths and bushes. I swear they do it on purpose.

Mmm well I tend to play a lot in the holidays. I've only had the game for a bit over a year, I'd say around 20 hours? With little breaks when I've like ate or something aha.

In the holidays I play A LOT a few months ago I played 15 hours a day (Woke up at 9AM and started playing till 11PM)
Yesterday I played 6 hours.. I have vacation now so I don't really have much to do

Probably ~6 hours? I would turn on my 3DSXL the moment I woke up, and spend 1-2 hours playing it, then I got up, went down and played some more over the hours.

It was during the holidays, and I had nothing else to do so why not play 6 hours of ACNL ಠ^ಠ

Speaking of voids, I got Sylvia lol, but thankfully she moved to a clear spot. Biggest feat today was leaving my 3DS in the room so I could finish doing my paper outside. Can't be in the same room as it now. ; v ;

I'm on the forums though so I should probably employ a site blocking extension for my browser in the meantime, since I'll probably go get it if I make any trades in the next few minutes |D

Probably around 4 hours straight when the game first came out. Then I'd take a proper break, then go at it for another 4 hours or so. I was pretty addicted in the beginning. I could never play for like 8 hours straight though, that would give me a huge headache.

The longest I played was last summer, when I got the game for my birthday.. I was also sick with two viruses that took a month to go. So I pretty much played for 15 hours each day... Now I only get time for 5 hours maybe more depending on the amount of homework I have due...

Hearing from such dedicated gamers makes me realize I'm in good company. I've also played for more than 12 hours at a stretch, sometimes turning the game on the minute I get home from work at 7pm and reluctantly turning it off at 7am in order to catch an hour's nap before the next work day begins! And on weekends? Who needs sleep when the needs of my villagers come first?

during weekdays, I usually spent around 3 hours straight playing after I get home from college, and around 2/3 hours between classes/lunch time.

weekends, holidays and vacations though, I play around 15 hours straight almost everyday. i absolutely love when i have time to do this, it's so relaxing!

I remember the longest was when I was still a beginner and didn't know about this site or the island or anything and I was collecting fruit/bug/fish/shells and sell them to be able to pay my loans and that took the whole day
oh also when I was celebrating Halloween and Festivale! but they were such fun experiences
