I think I have a huge problem now

Hey,

I have got some minor problems and a MAJOR PROBLEM. I've been mayor for 9 days now, but I can't seem to get the Museum Shop, the Dream Suite and Club LOL.
For the Museum Shop I had to donate 20 times and have at least donated one item from the four categories. (done!) I always speak to Blathers, because I assess fossils everyday.

For the Dream Suite I had to be mayor for 7 days. After that I can go to the town hall and meet Isabelle, sleeping on on the counter. But I haven't triggered that event. How so??

And now for the biggest problem: Club LOL
If you count back the days, I started my mayorship on January 17th. In the guide says I have to get an approval rating of 100% (which I already have, for a long time now, am at my 5th public work project) so that the next day dr. Shrunk would pay me a visit and let me sign a petition to open his club.

But here is the thing:On January 18th there was a Fishing Tourny, so he wasn't able to visit. And he never came the days after that!

Could someone please help me out? I really don't want to delete my whole village!

Museum Shop (2nd floor) - Talk to Blathers for 14 days straight, donate 20 items with one in each category.
Dream Suite - Be mayor for 7 days, complete at least one PWP, and connect to the internet at least once.
Club LOL - Appears the day after Nookling Junction upgrades.

I don't think those are the proper requirements. Your Nookling Junction store has to be upgraded to T&T, you must have the option to build public works projects and you must set an ordinance. This is what heard.

Museum - It has to have been two weeks or more with at least one item in each category.
Dream suite - You have to have connected to the internet at least once and built at least one PWP.
Club LOL - The day after Nookling Junction upgrades to T&T mart, Shrunk shows up.

So calm down, it's only been 9 days. I didn't get Shrunk show up until my 21st day. Just.. chill.

I just want.. to have fun stuff in my town, as I visited alot of other towns and am jealous >:C
