after playing for almost a month i deleted my save file and started over because i realized i didn't like my layout!

I understand what you mean. I played for two years before I decided my town just wasn't right. It hurt a little bit:') Then I restarted the game probably fifty times before I found something I wanted. I hope you'll like your new town even better!
