After *CEN-4.01-SORD*ing and moaning about being "sleep deprived", I finally thought I'd set matters straight by sleeping all day today. And that's what I did, almost!
Though I went to bed at 1am (kind of early for me, actually, as I've been averaging 2am for the last few months), I woke up at 10:30. Had breakfast, and went to bed again at 1, woke up at 2:30, ate again, and then went to sleep outside in the hammock from like 4 - 6. Very refreshing...
And contrary to what most people will tell you, it IS possible to make up for lost sleep, according to the National Sleep Foundation!
I'll probably be heading to bed in an hour or two for the night, and as far as I know, the plan is to sleep all day tomorrow, too... fun way to spend the weekend, but that's just me! Nothing beats sleep.
