i really want to rename my town, but what?

So, the idea's in the title. I want to rename my town. Restarting, hacking, I don't know (but an opinion on it would be cool).

My whole town theme is overgrown, and kind of rustic. I want it to be something food related maybe? I don't know, I suck at naming. One idea was a town called 'Toffee'

Anyways, I would like to know your opinions.

I don't even think that Sweetville fits in the character count. Meadow is actually a pretty good name though!

-Outland (Kind of sounds western...)
-Acacia
-Faded

I would get more but this is the best I came up with.

I know how you feel bro. I wish I could rename my town without having to destroy it completely. It's the only thing I regret now, but way back when I didn't know what to name it lol.

I can't really think of a name that could relate to an overgrown forest and also to food in the same 8 limit word. Maybe Briar/Brier, gourds, things that usually bear food but grow like wildfire.

Well, Lil' whippersnapper, your naming convention is right out of my book. My towns: Weeds, Dry Rot, Pitfall, Rubble, Seaweed, Antares, Rio Loco, Pitiful, Rocklake, Nowhere, Old Leaf, Anarchy, Moonrise, Shamrock, Apathy, Sumbeach, Hellhole, Assylum, Twilight, Rathole, Gunsmoke, Just4Now, Quiksand, Dim View, Hibernia, Our Town, Stumps and SkidMark...I think that's all of them. Note to anyone who thinks they're bad at naming: just look at these. Note to anyone who thinks that this is too many towns: You're right!

Yeah, I buy rather than reset. All cartridges and all in their own DSs. I could have more towns but there are a few blanks. Everybody deserves a vice, New Leaf is mine.

Can't remember that far back. So many towns that made me unhappy with Mayor and/or town names and 'situations' that weren't quite right. Those listed are just the ones I actually like. So much fun with making so many town configurations. Keep it up, Whippersnapper, it's your game, enjoy it the way YOU want.

Toffee is super cute! ^^ If you're going for food names maybe:
- Tealeaf or Tea
- Latte
- Sashimi
and maybe a mayor name like Bean
For natural names maybe:
- Aspen
- Aester
- Dewdrop (quite common though)
- Amaranth
- Terra
- Wisteria

If its a food name, I have always loved Truffles as a town name. I was going to name my latest town that and have all pigs, but I changed my mind at the last minute and went with the name Petals (inspired by my friend TheGreatBrain). She had an all deer town named Petals and when she decided to reset and start a new town, I adopted almost all the deer from her for my all deer town of Shika (deer in Japanese). They still talk about her to this day

So let's see, food names: Truffles, Fondant, Teacup, Bonbon, Sweets, Saffron, Fudge, Scone, Souffle, Tea Time, Brownie. Some silly, some cute. Just some ideas. Good luck with your new town!
