So because I do things without thinking it all the way through, I lost Ribbot. I decided to TT 30 days to help my grass. I went backwards and it didn't seem to do anything. So I went forward. My gut told me that out of everyone I would lose him. When I came back to the current date for my town he was gone. I can't believe I am sad over this little frog. I have Drift who is also a jock frog but he just isn't the same. Totally my fault. I didn't wait for a ping from anyone. Decided when going to bed last night that I wasn't going to TT and 20 minutes later I changed my mind, got up and TT'ed. Will be trying to get him back. Moment of happiness when his pic was in my mailbox.

Yeah I definitely know that feeling. I had Barold in my town, and I was TTing and I thought to myself that I knew someone would be leaving, TT'd and it said he was leaving the next day. I was so upset T_T

Anyway, I hope you get him back!

Not sure if I will be TT'ing again, at least I won't go that far for sure. I will try to cycle him back.

I try to only TT a couple days at a time, the most I've done is about a week, rather be safe then sorry!

First time I went over a few days. Will usually TT someone into boxes if I am giving them away. Lesson learned.

I'm sorry you lost your Ribbot. I have Cousteau in one town and Ribbot in the other, and I'd be annoyed at myself if I lost either of them.
How difficult you'll find the 16-cycle really depends on how attached you are to your other villagers - if you'd sacrifice all of them to the void, you could have the possibility of a Ribbot in your town within a few days of solid TTing.

Then again, you could have the 'problem' that I've come across in my cycling town, and that's an abundance of critters that you just KNOW you can find homes for... alongside a severe lack of time.

EDIT: I still have my first move-out on Lancre (my first town)'s main street, but it isn't the cartridge I'm cycling with

a) you don't mind TTing
and
b) he's the only dreamie in your town :3
