I needs advice on getting new pet

My mom is going to the beach in august, I can't and don't wanna go because I have to stay here and take care of my lizard, and at the beach they always have those small pets like hermit crabs and turtles and stuff in the stores, and I was wondering what I should ask her to get me.

I don't know what all they have at the stores, the only thing i've ever seen are turtles, hermit crabs, and anoles (a type of lizard you can find in your backyard here)

Well, maybe I suggest whatever is easiest to take care of? And.. one that doesn't die.. in a month.. or so...
