he's in boxes and the only villager i want back when i restart my town.

i'm willing to pay upwards of a million bells for him to be held for a day or two at the most.

i'd rather it be a speed cycler, who could get him into boxes asap, but if i can't find one, then someone with fifteen wi-fi ratings (i'd want the cycler to have this many wi-fi ratings as well) who doesn't have him as a dreamy will do.
