How can you know if it'll rain between 4pm, 9am? Still haven't found a Coelacanth

The best day to catch a coelacanth no matter what is December 10th. It is snowing all day. Coelacanths appear when it's snowing too.

This is something I need to remember because I also still need to catch this darn fish. 10th of December marked on my calendar!!!!

Now remember, you need more than just rain or snow to catch a coelacanth. In order for them to appear, they can only be seen from 4PM to 9AM, like most night fish.

Like the others before have said, I'd say that you'd have a better chance in the wintertime, when it snows. It snows a lot more frequently than it rains
