I need opinions on my idea

So I had a idea for a little game to be held in my town, I wanna know what you all think+where I should post this topic if I decide to hold the event. Here is the idea:

Hey! Come down to my town and into my house to spin a wheel! Try to get the highest number you can- The bigger the number the better the prize! But if you get a low number your prize may not be a as glorious! For 500 bells you can spin the wheel and win a prize. However, If you pay 700 bells each number will increase by 2, making the chances to get a better prize higher. And finally, by paying 1000 bells each number increases by 4. Your prizes are based on what number you get and this chart:

0-Nothing
1-Clothing Item
2-Clothing Item
3-Clothing Item
4-Furniture Item
5-500 Bells
6-700 Bells
7-700 Bells
8-1000 Bells
9-1000 Bells
10-1000 Bells
11-1500 Bells
12-1500 Bells
13-3500 Bells

That sounds like an awesome idea! Hmm, I'm not sure where you should post it, though. Maybe it can be stickied? Or does Justin have to do that? I really want one of my threads to be stickied but I don't know how to do it. If you can't sticky it, though, I think the BEST place would be here. Maybe you could put reminders about it on a Blog or your Visitor Messages? Even better would be your signature! Other than that, though, I'm not sure where you should put it...I'm not an expert. Those are just some suggestions! I really like the idea, though...if I ever gave out my Friend Code I would definitely want to stop by!

Hey thanks for letting me know! You are one of the few people who actually bothered to share what they thought. I'm thinking of putting it in Retail since it might work like a giveaway sort of thing, but I'm still not sure.

This. If there's no actual mechanism that lets people know where they "landed", people are probably gonna think this is a scam. I mean, it kind of is anyway, considering that it's gambling, but still.

This sounds like an interesting idea. It kind of reminds me of Fun Fun Island from The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. I spent almost all of my Rupees on that evil, colorful, and fat man's game… I really having a virtual gambling problem. This may not be a healthy idea for me. Yet I am fascinated.

Ok everyone thanks for your opinions! The general response was positive so I am going to start work on creating this!
