I need help

My 2ds is broken and I don't know what to do or where to take it to be repaired so obviously I need help. Also if there is any way that I can set up anything online I would appreciate that.

Did you contact Nintendo support for your region?

ah i just kind of put it in sleep mode, went to do a few things, and i went back and the power was off and i was like oh so the battery died, and then i charged it turned it on and made a static pop/crackle sound and turned off
also what do you mean by tech support

i think that's it??? just click through the menus and you should find something to help you like a number or such

From there you can select your specific region if you're not in the U.S./Canada. The repair info is on the sidebar on the lefthand side, from there you can set up a repair and hopefully have your 2DS fixed in no time~

do you still have your warranty?
if not then i would just consider buying another 3ds since repairs are pretty expensive.
