I have a pet named Mob and I'm trying to come up with a character design for her.

She has a pet Boa that is huge, like it could swallow a person but it obey's Mob perfectly. Not godzilla big though. lol

Mob is a sociopath. She's beautiful though.

All I know is I want a fluffy thing like this picture does around her arms/neck area.

That's just it, I don't know the outfit. Like a long red or black cocktail dress. Something with a bit of a complex design would be nice. xD I like the wrap effect of the dress I posted, but it would be nice if it just pulled up at one side and kinda lined down....idk how to explain it. Can't find a picture either. Dx
