I need help acheiving a perfect town

Help i talk to isabelle and all she says is that my town is a good place but can be improved,with a little work my town could be the best town ever do i need to donate to the meuseum,get more PWP done etc.?

I think that means more PWP. I think the minimum you need for a perfect town is 10-15 "good" PWP, not including Main St buildings. I think the "bad" ones are: picnic blanket, garbage can, and drilling rig.

EDIT: The PWP don't have to necessarily be different PWP. You can make 10 of the cheapest PWP and it will count as 10 separate PWP towards the perfect score.

Picnic blanket being a bad PWP is new to me! Google says as much, too. Maybe because of the food basket? Looks fine to me otherwise. That said, "bad" PWP may not muck up your rating too much when used sparingly. I found my first Jacob's Ladder today much to my surprise and, sure enough, Isabelle confirmed after I ran to her to check.

also if you have lots of flowers and trees as well the rating will increase

yeah, lots of trees and flowers and pwp, avoid the oil rig I guess…. cause the internet says.
Make sure your beautiful town ordinance is set so that there aren't many/any weeds or wilted flowers. Make sure there are no objects laying around like objects or clothes you might have left for a secondary character. No "lost items" or trash, etc.

If it hasn't been mentioned before, hybrid and other rare flowers. If you need help tending to your town, I wouldn't mind helping you water and whatever else you may need done. I can buy flower bags from Leif and plant some in your town too! :>
