Buying I need cedar saplings and bushes

Ok, so I just restarted my game a few days ago, and recently I've installed a fountain and I created a brick/walkway pattern. I've surrounded my fountain in brick, and now I need these things:

Cedar sapling
Blue hydrangea

I'm willing to pay TBT.

I'm gonna use the trees to surround the fountain, and I will use bushes to put in-between the trees.
