Buying I need a Golden Axe and some landscaping ideas!

I've always wanted to make my town very beautiful like those towns you see on Tumblr and Pinterest, but i'm having trouble with landscaping ideas and ways to perfect my vision. I know I want the theme to be centered around the fairy tale theme with the station and the mayor's office, not to mention I've already got the paths and bridges but now I need and wanna know how some of you guys do it.

I also realllly need a golden axe! This thing never breaks so i wanna clear out all the trees asap.
