I love my town! Even though...

I love my town (Mystic) because...
-I haven't and will never upgrade my train station or town hall...or turn my house into a zen castle or castle
-It's getting a rustic feel to it that I wanted, despite not really having a theme
-I have villagers whom I like, regardless of where they are in the tier standings
-I don't use modern road pathways, and prefer nature-oriented ones
-I've made some custom pathways, and though my boardwalk doesn't look quite as 3D as I wanted it to be, I'm proud of it
-Retail is far away from the dock, and nicely bunched up with the town hall and giant tree
-Heck, I just love my map! There aren't many rocks
-I have a couple ponds, which are awesome
-I didn't start to do plot resetting until recently, so every move-in until now was random
-The only time I TT is to clear room for a dreamie if I'm on a time constraint
-I don't have Katrina on Main Street, and it took me weeks to get Gracie because I don't TT...and it was fun that way
-I have some weird mixed-orchards that wouldn't be found in real life (pears, lemons, and apples together; peaches and cherries together)
-I don't have a "sweets" theme and never plan on having one
-I don't have a garden area (yet; I am thinking about it, but I dunno)
-I'm interested in collecting unique sets, and like the cabana set, but have no interest in golden furniture

I still love my town even though...
-I have a LOT of dead spots in my town, which have messed up landscaping ideas and orchards. But hey, nothing is perfect
-I'm a girl and I chose a male avatar/mayor

I love my town even though it has absolutely no 'dream' or high tier villagers.

I actually was on the fence about restarting again. But. I feel the circle grass, private cove, coconut island, peach native fruit is too much to risk. Also a southward facing river so it's fully seen, and my private cove has a small indented area for something cool in the future.

All of my villagers are growing on me, even Klaus the grumpy ol bear. I figure some day I'll fall in love with a villager. People come and go pretty often in animal crossing, so I'll let fate have a say until I get my second copy. :)

I love that my town..

-Villagers can put their houses whenever they want;
-Doesn't have a theme;
-Has mostly villagers I like or pretty(Can't count rockety as pretty, but I like her)
-Hero number 3 and hero number 4 entered after eachother without even doing anything to have them;
-Has an uncommon name;

I love that my town...

-Has a joined beach
-Has a small private beach
-Has a few small ponds
- Includes lots of pwp
- Has villagers that I have chosen and worked to earn

I love that my town..
-Has a overabundance of cats.
-Has 2 Tier 1 villages while the rest are Tiers 2-5.
-Has awkward villager placement
-Has no paths but a bunch of flowers.
-Has no theme what so ever
-Has like that one villager that likes to attempt to move...a lot. (WHITNEY STAY FOR THE LOVE OF GOD)
-Has Chrissy but not Francine (It did once, but...she moved.)
-The 2nd floor in my house is basically the room of the fallen villagers.
-I HAVE 4 ROONEY PIC's, SAVE ME.

-a ton of ponds
-my path size
-half of my villager choices
-flower arrangements

Even though it's a work in progress, I have no clue what I'm doing, and I haven't unlocked many PWPs. :)

I love my town because it...
...has bird theme, and I love birds.
...has Flora and Molly in it.
...has villagers you don't see too often.
...has a color scheme you don't see too often.
...has two ponds that are well decorated.
...has rocks that are out of the way.
...has all the fruits and a lot of bushes and flowers.

Dispute the fact that...
...I don't like the color of my train station.
...I don't like the native fruit (peaches).
...there is very little variation in terms of decoration.
...the main beach is difficult the navigate.
...my town hall is too close to the waterfall.

Cute thread idea! <3

I have four towns, but my first one has a special place in my heart. I started it on June 13th, 2013 (one day before the official EU release, I got lucky). It has its flaws, but the reasons I absolutely love it outweigh those by far for me:

?the smaller part of my map, the ?island?, looks like a lucky clover to me. That river shape was what made me choose that town.
...the villagers chose to create a little ?villager neighborhood? to the right which is super lively and cute! It also makes the left side of town feel extra peaceful and quiet, it?s where you stroll by yourself or with a friend, enjoy the ocean view and have some coffee.
?the villagers themselves ? they all fit our town so well, and two of them have been in town since day one.
?all of the accomplishments ? all of the shops, the completed museum, and the badges I?m still working on ? have been completed in real time*.
?most of all, it feels so homely. I created it in my own time without any pressure or goals other than to do what I like. With my other towns, I?m mostly focusing on making the town pretty, but with this town, I?m focusing on just being there and experiencing everything the game has to offer.

*In regards to the date. I do often change the hours because I like to play at day, which is usually not possible with real life work and everything.

I love that my town-

-Has one of each fruit, so I basically made an orchard by the side of my beach on the cliff
-Has retail and the plaza in fairly good spots so as to have more space for PWPs and other placements
-Has a good map, overall I love the placement of rivers and everything
-Has good and cool grass, I have the confetti grass and I just love it
-Is full of all my dream villagers
-Has a theme and characters to go with it (I made personas for each villager)
-Is nearly done with the museum, just a few more things bug and art-wise
-Has the Beautiful Ordinance 24/7 as I like to get hybrids<3

I love my town, even though...
- I don't time travel
- It doesn't have a set theme (though maybe in the future it will)
- House placements are all random (some inconvenient, though I make them work out eventually)
- I have two ponds parallel of one another
- I have wide empty space in the upper right portion of the map (might save it for a "park" sort of thing in the future)
- Some of the rocks I have are in silly places
- Is rather unorganized as far as flower decoration goes

I love my town because
-It's mine.
-It doesn't have the best paths (I'm too lazy to find good paths and scan the QR)
-It has cuties as villagers (whether popular or not)
-I'm able to get all the fruits I need from my villagers after learning the letter trick

i love how my town
-has so much empty space
-too many trees
-random house placements
-too many rocks
-resetti center next to the special occasion spot (basically where i put my bell and hybrids)
-2 ponds right next to each other
-most of my random house placements are squished in 2 areas
-my retail is far away from the dock

I love my town even though...
- Paula is a dreamie I have, even though she is in the bottom of the barrel tier
- My flowers are all over the place
- My villagers don't request the PWP's I want to place
- My town does not have perfect town status

I love my town because -

It has many rocks, none of which are in bad spots!

It doesn't really have a theme, but it is very pink so I guess its cute..

I have marshal as one of my first villagers!
And his house is in a perfect spot!

Everyone's houses are in a good spot except for Bob... >.< darn it bob

The plaza, the town hall and re tail are in perfect places!

Love where I put my house, I have my own private garden and my own little beach!

I love my town, I started it on the 24th of october, it may be new but I have unlocked a lot and I am very happy with it!

I love my town even though
merengue moved in front of my town hall
I have some annoying rocks
I haven't finished my museum
I haven't gotten all badges
I still TT...I want to stop so bad but I'm seriously addicted!

I love my town because...
-I use paths as accents, rather then connecting everything
-Has houses all over the place (where they might be annoying, but whatever)
-There's lots of rocks and my town has a very natural feel
-There is no set theme, although I love how old and rustic it feels
-I've got villagers that I like, even if they aren't a high tier
-I go with the flow of the game :)

This is such a cute thread idea!
