Hello guys...I am utterly upset right now.. I went to Walmart last night and I lost cellphone...I only have a crappy android tablet...my I phone c...all that money I spent...I went to get cupcakes for my class...and...when we were in my driveway I noticed my cell was gone. I looked in the car..no there...I have short term memory loss...(in the worst times...) I member having it at my grandpas house in the kitchen before we left...I put it in my pocket....then when I left Walmart I noticed I did not have it.. I did a lot of jumping...so it might have fallen in the parking lot or inside the store...I'm just upset about my pictures...and all the art I comished...... my mom said I was gonna get a new cell for my birthday but...I don't care...I want my cell with all my pics on it...no I don't use I cloud....

I hope you find it. Even though you may feel low in spirits now, definitely consider taking a visit to your nearby police station in the hope that someone might have handed it in. If not, I'd consider phoning your phone company and canceling your phone (so that if anyone has your phone, they can't make calls/texts/use 3G/etc). I'm really sorry, losing stuff is always so horrible and makes you all panicky and down, but hopefully from this experience you will become a bit more careful with your belongings (not saying you weren't already), like double checking you have your phone, remembering EXACTLY where you left it, and so on.

maybe try to keep it in a better place next time, if you say it may hav fallen if you were 'jumping around'
also its always a good idea to keep backups of your pictures/documents online, like dropbox so you wont lose them.

Yes report that it has been stolen. But to be completely honest with you. There is a slim chance someone would turn it in. Just call the cellphone company to freeze the line.
Even if there is a passcode a hard reset on the computer will allow it to be restored. If you didn't use iCloud then they can reset it from their computer. I'm sorry this happened though.

Yes if you have this app and location services turned on, then this is a great way to locate it. I still recommend calling the store to see if anyone turned it in before you get the police involved

I'm sorry you lost your phone, but you should be more careful with the electronics that you're given. (This is coming from a person who accidentally flushed their phone down the toilet in high school, so take the advice with a grain of salt lol.) We all make mistakes though.
