I kinda need help...but before I'll explain...

Aww I remember grade 5..
Talk to her alone, and let her know what she's doing. Maybe she doesn't see the harm, that she's doing to others and herself. She also probably just wants to fit in, and is unsure how. She wants to make her self seem interesting. When you talk to her don't be all demanding, telling her she needs to act a certain way or people won't like her. That'll just get her started on you.
Talk to her nicely, and let her know you're her friend and want her to be alright with everyone.
If it doesn't go well and she continues despite you letting her know how it's hurting you and all her friends., just don't pay attention to her and people who are going to bring you down. They're not worth it.

Just take her out, become better than her in every way you can, then slowly pick on her until she is back down to her rightful place.

BTW: Neda she thinks that she always better than everyone. Everytime when I talk about something smart she goes like, "Oh i don't care, I'm still in a higher math class then you! And I also SKIPPED 2 GRADES!"
My friend Angela really hates her now because she has been noticing that Neda has been telling her that her outfit has been ugly. I thought it looked really cute but Neda, apparently, she thought it looked awful on her. o-o.
Neda has also been complaining on how our school is cheap. I personally think that our school can afford a lot more things than a lot of other schools. She thinks that our school needs more things. She said that our assignment notebooks we so cheap, even though they were better then writing on notebook paper, and I said to her, "Neda our school is not cheap. In matter of fact our school is a lot better then many other schools so you should be greatful that you are actually going to school here." She continued to say that our school doesn't have enough money. I personally thnk that the reason why she said that is because her parents spoil her with a whole bunch of crap that she doesn't even need. She said that she has TWO laptops...

Well, what I would do to this bag of *censored.7.6* "Neda", I'd grab her face and push her on to the ground and start kicking her. Then I'd grab the closest loser next to me and throw them on her. THEN I'd poke her until death.
