Hmm.

Not sure where you found the time info, but I'm fairly sure that they can be caught all day during rainy or snowy conditions.

My first was a few days ago, and it was almost certainly before noon at the time of the catch.
 
You can't always trust wiki's which is fairly obvious. I've messed up on a couple questions just because of Wikipedia.
