I just purchased "User Title Color Change," and I cannot change it..

I just purchased the "User Title Color Change" through the shop, how do I change the color?
I don't see a configuration button or anything.

It's a one shot use. If you mess up the colour change once, you have to buy a new one.

Actually, they typically do not fix it. They have it set up so you can preview it and avoid making mistakes. I guess depending on the circumstances they might. But if you just didn't read the details while configuring it, I'm not sure if they will.
