I had to use my other town and 3ds and set that time to October to catch it. I missed it like three times because it either went over the line or disappeared on the beach sand.
The only things I need now are the river fishes: Giant Snakehead, Stringfish and Char. May the ACNL gods have mercy on me when looking for these fish.
