I have a tree problem.

So my town fruit is a cherry. And my best guess is I chopped down all my trees and now I can't get perfect cherries , is there a way to fix this without restarting.

I don't know what you mean about not getting perfect cherries. If you have any normal cherry trees, there's a chance they're going to grow perfect cherries but it's not guaranteed, and perfect fruit trees die after you've shaken them a certain number of times. If you get perfect cherries from someone you can plant them again, there's usually lots of people willing to sell or trade perfect fruit.
