So, now that I'm on winter break, I finally have the time to play New Leaf again. Unfortunately, I haven't played a single day since the end of August! I started up my game today to find that all of my villagers are still there, woot!
But, the problem is I missed out on so many holidays (including Toy Day) that I want to change my game's clock back and play all of the events I missed out on. If I jump back a few months and then work my way up to the current date, will I lose any of my villagers? I really love all of them, and their houses are perfectly placed.

I believe that going backwards in time only counts as one day no matter how far you go back.

Yeah you can go back, but make sure you always check your villagers as you move forwards in time. I wouldn't skip long periods of time going forwards, so don't just go from one event staright to the other, but going backwards is ok. :)

Oh thank goodness! Thanks for the quick replies! c:
I'll be sure to check on my townies every few days!
