So I shot down Gulliver, got his parts, but I cant find him anywhere. Is he on the beach all the time??? Or is he somewhere in your town?

I believe you have to look later the same day or sometime the next on the beach. I'm not certain, I've never had Gulliver in my town before.

For me I had to wait until the next day for him to appear. Try waiting if he isn't at the beach.
