I hate NMT islands

i do find the islands very repetitive but i only really go to gather resources, which has been kinda on hold considering every second thing i get is an egg.

I don't hate it, but I don't love it either. I think you just need goals in mind when going to them, and keep in mind that, depending on your goal, you may not succeed. If you're trying to look for a certain villager, well, probability says that you will be extraordinarily lucky to find that certain one with only 1 NMT. You will probably need to spend a lot.

But if you use them to look for resources and bells, and hope you get a cool villager as a bonus, it works out better. At least, it does for me. Then you don't feel disappointed if you see some villager you don't care about.

Tha's one of the best islands, full of bells. Just eat one fruit and then smash that rock. in the middle all the rocks gives you plenty of bells

Not sure about everyone else, but every island I’ve been to were either my native fruit and flower (pears/pansies) or in some cases oranges/tulips. I’ve never seen peaches, cherries, roses, windflowers, etc.

I don’t understand why there’s so little variety in terms of fruits and flowers :/

So that you have to pay for online membership to get the rest. Its all a cashgrab, same with the one profile per switch.

With that said if you do it right, you get 88K per money rock island. I got 2 in a row but got lazy and made a total of 75K instead of 168K lol. 88K is too little for me. I only care about the villagers on the NMT island.

i love the islands bc i enjoy the element of chance that goes along with it. like i recently found ketchup (one of my dreamies) on an island and it was so exciting, unexpected and i was hella happy! i always find gold nuggets on islands as well as diy recipes and resources, so i don’t see how you can “hate” them unless you don’t actually enjoy the game at its core, lol.

A little tip for you hit that rock with a fruit instead you will get 8k bells from it only that rock does it tho cos it's designed to be broken to get to the other side cos it's money island

That’s a money rock island you eat a fruit shatter the rock use the pole to get to the middle and hit all the rocks and make profit. I dislike the islands myself very little flower or fruit viriaty makes them feel pointless but this is one of the better islands out there.
