Honestly I don't blame you.

I do think Nintendo should put a players rating or mayor rating directly related to the player's friend code. So everyone you've had contact with before would be able to rate you or not.

Good ratings wouldn't appear as quickly but whenever there is a bad rating, people will give it straight away.

I can't blame you for being wary, especially if you just met her recently. I've found most people on CT are really nice but I've definitely met some not so nice people so I'd be skeptical too.

I had that problem before. A Portugese girl came and asked if I had any blue roses. We exchanged FCs, and she got the blue rose (and paid like I told her to do) but I followed her around when she wanted to explore my town, in case she took my perfect fruit, or tried to steal/destroy things, because she was the only person I haven't gotten to know before exchanging friend codes.

Lol I'm a portuguese girl, but I'm sure it wasn't me xD(Never bought or had blue roses, I'm trying to create them). Anyways I always accept people with good ratings only.

In my honest opinion, people who steal on such an easy game are really desperate and lame

That's such a good idea! I really hope they do something similar to this in the future. It would help stop people from having bad experiences on CT.

I do that for pretty much anybody I meet online, cause if I know them in real life and they try to pull that I could just smack them.

I've made friends with a really lovely girl through the island, we exchanged FC's and she wanted to come over my town but before I could let her come over I picked up most of my hybrids just incase she stole any! I really hate how I can't trust people to come over my town >___<

Is anyone else the same? I just want to trust people on this game!
