well, the advantage of buying it is that there's no moonspeak, you know what moves your pokemon actually has, etc. of course, there will be some english patch soon that basically makes it english.

if he had on nostalgia goggles, he wouldn't be opening up the possibility of gen II, III, or IV being better than red.
