Finally, got my first picture and to make it even better it's Bob's!!!


I went all the way to the island to get a horned hercules but it was worth it



How many pics of villagers have you got? and how did you get it?

Congrats on getting the picture. I know it's not a simple task.

I got Ricky's picture upon returning a petition.
I got Flurry's picture after giving her medicine while she was sick for three days.
I got Teddy's picture--actually, I don't remember the trigger for that one since it was completely unexpected.
I got Deli's picture after giving him a horned hercules when he asked for any horned beetle.
I got Phil's picture after giving him a whale shark when he asked for any ocean fish.
I got Annalise's picture upon returning a completed petition.

I'm still working on Wendy. She the only one of my original five villagers not to give me a picture yet. Ironically, she's also the only one who has never asked to move. I didn't let any of my five starters move yet, but she's the only one who hasn't even asked and we're now past the two month mark.

Congrats!!! I got Kid Cat's picture (hooray for my favorite male villager ever) when I gave him a school chair. I almost screamed.

I got Coco's in the mail after she came over to visit. I got Roscoe's from a favor involving delivering a package to him. I got Ken's from signatures. I got Puck's from signatures. I got Olivia's when she moved. I got Snake's when he moved. I got Freya's when she moved and I got Bella's when I caught something for her.

I don't have anyone's, but I'm working on getting them! Hope to get Daisy, Mott, or Anabelle's especially soon...they're the ones that show the most signs of it. Sometimes Mint, but I don't see her as much. I think Daisy or Mott will be first, though. I hardly see Anabelle around town; I only think I might get hers because we exchange lots of letters. uvu

I got Chadder's from giving him a Marlin for an ocean fish, and Kyle gave me his twice; once after coming over, and once for giving him a rococo bed when he asked for furniture (My jaw dropped; it was unexpected) XD

I have a feeling the next pic will be Kabuki. We'll see.

I'm curious about the folks who got villagers pictures when the villager moved out. I've had three leave so far and no a single one gave me their picture. My fourth villager is moving out on Thursday. I've gone out of my way to send her gifts in her prefered style and color; I talk to her frequently and do everything she asks. I'll be interested to see if she gives me her photo when she leaves.

I think it's entirely luck but it also depends of how strong your friendship is with them. it should be the highest friendship i think.. so they should start inviting themselves to your house and stuff
normally when I want a villager to leave I avoid them entirely so my friendship is very low with them so I've never got a picture from them that way

I have no pictures yet because my villagers all hate me. It is rather unfortunate. Diana did randomly pop over to my house while I was home today and gave me an old sewing machine. I'll spam her with letters and hope for the best (She also asked me for a rainbow stag, which I'll try to get tonight)

I just recently got Bruce's picture for returning his lost item, and Erik's for giving him a perfect cherry (not native) when he asked for a fruit.

Before that, I only had 3 copies of Pierce's. I think I got one from giving him his lost item, another for returning his time capsule, and the last by mail when he visited me/I visited him.

I'm currently working on getting Gala's.
