Quoting limited to 4 levels deep
What would the point of that be? If it connects to the Wii Remote, it's not bounded by a cord. And if the Classic Controller used the GameCube controller ports, then there would be no way to TurboGrafx-16 games that support 5 player multiplayer.
But you can only have 4 wiimotes connected at once.
Four Wii Remotes with Classic Controllers plus one GameCube controller, or four GameCube controllers plus one Wii Remote with a Classic Controller, or any combination that gives you five controllers.
I just don't like the idea of a dangling wiimote.

Does it still connect to the wiimote? >.>
Yeah, how else would it connect? lol But now they moved the cord to the top of the controller, so it's a lot better.
how else is it supposed to connect? wirelessly, thats how.
That would cause syncing nightmares. If you have four Wii Remotes, you'd have to disconnect one every time you wanted to use a Classic Controller instead of just plugging it in to a Remote that's already connected. Plus, if they added Bluetooth to it, that would just jack up the cost. There's no reason to complain, just plug it into your Wii Remote and it works fine. In a way, it is wireless, because the Wii Remote is. Yes, it's connected to the Wii Remote with a cord, since the Wii Remote isn't connected to the Wii with a cord, you can move it wherever you want.
its still a cord. and i hate cords.

It doesn't dangle, it sits in your lap or wherever you place it. XD

i used to use the CC all the time cause the VC games were the only ones worth playing and its a pain in the ass when you have to get up and then behind you you hear the wiimote hit the floor then see it comes swinging around and hit the shelf infront of you, cords are just a mess, its 2010, controllers shouldnt have cords.

Isn't it just a normal classic controller with little nobbly bits on the end to grab onto?
No, no, no. That's the most noticeable change, but that's certainly not the only thing different. The cord has been moved from the bottom to the top, the ZR and ZL buttons were moved and made bigger, the control sticks were moved slightly further apart, and, although you can't see it from the front, the plastic on the back of the controller is textured for a better grip, and it makes it feel so much better in your hands.
... wow, such a massive change.

And you say Apple release unneeded updates xD
It doesn't sound like much, but when you put it in your hands it really is. It's like an entirely new controller. You have to give it a chance.

Plus, this update was needed. The original Classic Controller just wasn't that great.
I dunno why you think it's not great, I love it as it is.

Well, of course some people are going to like the original Classic Controller. Everyone has different tastes. But I didn't like it. The control sticks were too close together, the cord was weird being on the bottom, and I couldn't get used to the shape of it. But that's just me.
