I finally figured out how to appraise my town

I always thought I'd be risking deleting it, but took the chance tonight.

It's only 51,874,865 so I think I'm going to keep it. I have too many memories.
I was worried it would delete. I had a thumb on home just in case.

Apparently you can't appraise your town if you are unable to sit down on the bricks in front of your tree. Figured that one out the hard way.

See I thought at first I had to sit on the bricks to get it appraised lol. That's why tonight I was Youtube hopping and finally saw it happen...not just read it.
