Aww, it's not so bad. OuO Imperfections make a town look more organic and beautiful, and one space behind gives you more rooms for flowers or bushes!

I wouldn't reset unless you absolutely can't get used to it. It's easier to reset your town later if you end up deciding it's worth it, than it is to get your town back if you reset on an impulse.

I just saw your picture and it doesn't look bad at all. You can use flowers to decorate around it and make it look like it was on purpose (to give the cafe a garden or something). Your cafe having a different flower decoration (like more flowers in front of it) than your house makes sense, since in real life, it would be pretty weird if all houses and cafes had exactly identical gardens! I actually think it looks nice since the row with one flower where you put it one square back aligns with the gyroid by the door so it looks more natural (in my opinion).

Don't worry about it, sometimes working with the little imperfections of your town can be really fun. As long as you can enjoy it and make it look nice, it doesn't matter if not everything is completely aligned or whatever.

I would just keep it where it is. Things like paths can always be moved, and it's not super far off! One tile isn't the end of the world, and you can probably work around it pretty easily.

Anyway that is not too bad, the path can't even go right in front of the cafe (I think it needs a space or two in front) so that should work fine

This is totally up to you! If you love the rest of your town then just work around the cafe but if you feel like your town should be resseted then I say go for it! I have had this problem before with house placements gone wrong and I worked around it and made it work!
