I don't really get the 30 PWPs.
Does it mean you can have 30 in your town, or does it mean that you can build 30?
As in: If I destroy some of my PWPs do they still count in the 30 PWPs?
If you destroy a PWP, it opens up a new space for a new PWP. I would no longer count towards your 30 if you torn it down. What i'm curious about is if Katrina's & Resetti's & PWP like that count towards the 30?
You can have 30 in your town. If you had 10 and destroyed 1, you can build 21 more (unless you destroy more). Katrina, cafe, resetti don't count towards the 30 count.
I'm not sure, but I think that the PWPs that can't be demolished doesn't count as one of the 30 PWPs. Maybe Brewster's cafe and the campsite, but not Katrina's shop and the dream suite.
