I can't get a perfect town status?

These are what I have so far:
Cobblestone bridge X2
Water well
Fountain
Park clock
Street lamp X3
Flower arch
Outdoor chair
Stone chair
Stone tablet
Bell
Fence
Custom -design sign
Face-cutout standee
Round topiary X2

I've read that you only need 10 PWP's I have 18 & she's asking for more?
What am I doing wrong?
It also said I need 70+flowers and 110+ trees which I have

Even though you have enough PWPs built, you may not have enough nature Points and living points.

To get more nature points, build more of these- Flower Clock, Flower Bed, Flower Arch, Wisteria Pergola, Straw Fence, topiaries, Solar Panels, Wind Power Generator, and the Windmill.

To get more living points, try building more of these- bridges, benches, outside lights, Garden Chair, Hot Spring, Fire Hydrant, Stadium Lights, Solar Panels, Lighthouse, Water Well, Fountain, clocks, Signboard, Face Board, signs, art, monuments, etc. Basically any project that is not on the list below.

AVOID building these (though having one or two is fine)- Garbage Can, Jumbo Monitor, Oil Excavator, Tire Play Equipment, Picnic Sheet, Traffic Light, illumination items, and the Tower.

I have nothing to add, but I just wanted to say thanks for this! I have quite a lot of the PWPs that are meant to be avoided (the clock and the tree and the picnic blanket) and I was wondering why I wasn't getting the perfect town status. Since I have been building a lot of PWPs lately. Oh well, guess I don't need perfect town status then since I love how the illuminated PWPs look in town.

You can still get perfect town status, just try to add some more natural/living PWP to balance it out :]

in every town i've ever had in New Leaf, building the cafe has pushed me up to perfect status
so if you ever get a request for that from Blathers it might be worthwhile

i had problems with this too. with the flowers and trees they have to be a certain amount in each section of your town as well. i still couldnt get it and i came to realize that there were weeds growing behind the buildings where i couldnt see them!

i think you need the cafe and police station, those got me up real quick. i'm not completely sure though.

I have the cafe, police station, resetti's home, a fire hydrant, a fountain, 1 street lamp, 1 fountain, 1 yellow bench, 1 flower clock, and 3 stone bridges + the required amount of flowers and trees and I just about can't get rid of my perfect town status.
Hope you can get it quickly!

I have heard some people saying that when they cut down a few trees they got perfect town so you can try to have a equal balance of flowers and trees if you don't have already.

I believe you also need to have 10 villagers but I'm not sure if that is true or not

you need more trees and flowers i think. maybe also build the brewster cafe because that was what i did and i got the perfect town status when i asked from isabelle.
