Well I've never bought the user title color change, but the add-on should be in your inventory, I assume? The configure button should be next to it, but like I said I've never bought one before, this is just from my knowledge from other users that had the same problem.

Oh...did you buy another user title color change or did you already have one from before? You have to buy a new one in order to change the color again.
